The downloadable version contains the product software, an electronic version of the product documentation in PDF format, and a link to an electronic license certificate that contains a License Key needed for installation.

The Mac App Store version supports Mac OS X 10.6.6 Snow Leopard and Mac OS X 10.7 Lion.
