FileMaker is a wholly owned subsidiary of Apple, Inc. FileMaker employees receive benefits through our parent company, Apple.

Apple and FileMaker offer excellent benefits programs for its employees. Flexible Benefits

Everyone's situation is unique. So Apple offers FlexBenefits, an innovative program that lets you choose health, life, and disability benefits that best fit your lifestyle and individual/family needs. Apple automatically provides you with FlexDollars to purchase basic benefits. You can purchase benefits for eligible family members or buy additional life insurance. Want to save money every month on dependent day care or health care expenses? Using the Flexible Spending Accounts can help you pay for these services with tax-free dollars.

401(k) Savings and Investment Plan

Apple has an excellent 401(k) Savings and Investment Plan. Your retirement savings will accumulate quickly thanks to a generous Apple matching program that vests immediately. Pre-tax deferral: Contribute from 1% to 25% of your eligible pay before taxes. Matching Contributions: Apple matches up to 6% of your eligible pay at 50% initially and up to 100% after five years of service.

No Waiting: Apple's matching contributions, as well as your contributions, are immediately vested upon their deposit into your 401(k) Plan account. Investment options: A broad range of investment options offers an opportunity to build a diversified investment portfolio. In addition, two types of loans are available through this plan.

Online Investment Advice: Employees eligible for Apple's 401(k) Plan may access online investment advice offered by Financial Engines, including unbiased, personal, and ongoing fund recommendations on your Apple 401(k) Plan investments.

Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan offers employees the opportunity to purchase Apple common stock every six months at a 15% discount. During the enrollment periods, beginning in May and November, you can authorize payroll deductions of up to 10% of your salary to purchase Apple stock at this reduced price.
