Supplier Responsibility
FileMaker currently uses three reputable international companies located in the United States, Ireland and Singapore to manufacture its physical products. FileMaker has limited manufacturing for its software products as most customers receive their FileMaker software electronically. FileMaker engages in verification of product supply chains to evaluate and address risks of human trafficking and slavery. This verification is conducted by FileMaker and not by a third party. FileMaker does not currently conduct audits of suppliers to evaluate supplier compliance with company standards for trafficking and slavery in supply chains. FileMaker has received certifications from its direct suppliers regarding compliance with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which they are doing business. FileMaker maintains internal accountability standards and procedures for employees or contractors failing to meet company standards regarding slavery and trafficking. FileMaker provides training on human trafficking and slavery to employees and management who have direct responsibility for supply chain management.
