RCC releases FREE FileMaker Template – Focuses on Personal Organization

October 15, 2007: Richard Carlton Consulting has released a professional grade FileMaker Pro 9 template named “Data4Life.” Data4Life focuses on personal information management and is designed to help users organize their lives. Accompanying the release of the template is the Data4Life website and support forum, offering users direct online access to the designers of the software. The forum allows users to discuss Data4life, reports bugs, or request new features.

Data4Life heavily leverages FileMaker Pro 9, the award winning database software, which runs equally well on both Windows and Macintosh computers.

In launching the database software, one of the principal designers, Jon Ray states, “We have received a number of requests for FileMaker templates with more depth and capabilities than the limited templates that come with the FileMaker 9 install package.   Data4Life helps fill the roll of the ‘robust’ (but still free) FileMaker template.  But it is also designed for basic users to be able to get their heads around, and customize, without extensive FileMaker skills.”

Data4Life was designed and developed by Richard Carlton Consulting, Inc., and is available for immediate download at www.data4life.net
