OutlookOps: Integrate any FileMaker Pro solution with Microsoft Outlook
OutlookOps contains an extensive library of methods, enabling the
integration with Outlook Contacts, Events, Mail, Tasks, Post and
Note items.
In addition, OutlookOps includes a synchronization engine that
will sync Outlook with any FileMaker solution. Synchronization
priorities are customizable to meet individual needs, and a
standalone utility for automating synchronization at regular
intervals is included.
OutlookOps is a multi-user application, allowing workgroup users
to share information within Outlook without the use of an Exchange
server. Both private and public folders are fully supported.
Two of the most exciting features of OutlookOps are the support
for up to 200 fields (any combination of Outlook built-in fields as
well as developer definable fields) and the use of custom forms.
These features enable the FileMaker Developer to create a custom
Outlook application that is fully integrated and synchronized with
their FileMaker solution. Imagine creating a project tracking
system, time sheet application, scheduling application, corporate
bulletin board application, etc. There is no limit to what you can
do.
OutlookOps is very easy to integrate with your existing FileMaker
Pro solution, requiring a minimal number of fields and scripts.
OutlookOps works with any FileMaker v8/7/6/5.5 solution. It
requires only a Windows or XP operating system, and Outlook 2002+.
It does not require ODBC, JDBC, XML, Exchange, FileMaker Server, or
any plug-ins.
