Upgrade to Fast Growing Fund Raising Solution Launched at NAIS/CASE

GENERATIONS 3.0 features extensive built-in merge email for easy acknowledgements and invitations as well as enhanced security integration

Northampton, MA and Chicago, IL (CASE/NAIS Independent School Advancement
Conference) — January 30, 2006 — inRESONANCE, a leading developer of
technology solutions for educational and non-profit organizations, today
announced a major upgrade of its popular fundraising and alumni development
solution. GENERATIONS 3.0 is a full-featured fund-raising solution designed
for schools, foundations, and other non-profit organizations, that is easy
to use and can be customized by non-technical users. The solution is being
previewed at the CASE/NAIS Independent School Advancement Conference
(http://www.case.org/conferences/casenais/home/default.cfm), at the Chicago
Marriott Magnificent Mile, January 29-31, in booth #15.

“Fund raising is all about communicating with constituents and having
accurate data at your fingertips. GENERATIONS 3.0 reduces a merge task from
hours to minutes, a significant performance advantage that conventional
fundraising solutions can’t match.” said Kevin McAllister, president and CEO
of inRESONANCE, Inc. “GENERATIONS 3.0 is a better alternative because it
allows the non-technical development professional to see their data
easily—getting the information they want when they want it. Development
directors understand this immediately when they compare GENERATIONS to their
legacy databases.”

GENERATIONS 3.0 tracks and reports on constituents, gifts, funds, campaigns,
events and appeals. Unlike low-end solutions from other vendors, GENERATIONS
3.0 also manages matching gifts, soft credits, honoraria and prospects.

A key productivity feature in GENERATIONS 3.0 is that a professional’s
productivity is achieved without leaving the solution. Emails, letters,
labels and reports are all merged and generated directly, without needing to
export to Excel, Word or Crystal Reports.

GENERATIONS 3.0 is open, so users can customize reports and views, assisted
by training that is included with the solution. Because it is based on
FileMaker Pro 8, GENERATIONS 3.0 provides easy querying without requiring
that professionals know SQL. GENERATIONS 3.0 is also cross-platform,
supporting mixed computing environments and allowing easy data exchange
between Windows and Macintosh users.

New Features in GENERATIONS 3.0

Among the many new features in GENERATIONS 3.0 are:

·       Easy and Powerful Email Broadcast Integration

Quickly send broadcast emails to any group of constituents—without exporting
to an email program. Typical merges include event invitations and thank
you's, gift acknowledgements, and pledge reminders.

·       Increased security

Enhanced security features include connectivity to Open Directory and Active
Directory, as well as more granular control of screens and fields. Data can
be encrypted on the network.

·       Enhanced data entry features

The migration to FileMaker Pro 8 brings type-ahead, auto-spellchecking,
drop-down calendars, and help menu pop-ups to make the interaction even
easier.

·       Faster database query and response

The improved database engine driving the GENERATIONS 3.0 application is
significantly faster, even over a WAN. Without learning SQL, non-technical
professionals can create and run their own queries and eliminate having to
wait for reports from the database administrator.

·       Share any data in nearly any format

Because data in GENERATIONS 3.0 can be exported to nearly any major office
application or other enterprise database, professionals can easily share
data among non-GENERATIONS users. GENERATIONS 3.0 even comes with both PDF
Maker and Excel Maker capabilities, so professionals can convert data into
PDF and Excel documents to share with people who do not have access to
GENERATIONS.

As with all inRESONANCE solutions, GENERATIONS 3.0 users can also take
advantage of consulting and training services provided by inRESONANCE, as
well as tapping into the company’s experience working directly with
independent schools, religious organizations, museums and other non-profit
organizations.

Customers Praise GENERATIONS 3.0

“GENERATIONS gives professionals a lot of control over their data and how
they want to retrieve it,” said Patrick Wagner, Senior Advancement Officer,
Development, The Prairie School. “The ability to use the data in a variety
of formats is great.  After a year and a half of using GENERATIONS in
development our Admissions office is also converting over to inRESONANCE’s
admissions solution, PORTAL.”

“We use GENERATIONS because of the flexibility a FileMaker-based solution
gives us,” said Michael Beesley, Technology Director, The Community School,
Sun Valley, Idaho.  “In addition, it doesn't require our professionals to be
‘database experts.’ GENERATIONS provides flexibility, ease of use and a
great user friendly interface.”

“We value the productivity features and the ease-of-use that GENERATIONS
delivers because it allows new users to quickly become effective,” said
David Riley, Senior Associate, Institutional Advancement, for the Unitarian
Universalist Service Committee. “Every non-profit has its unique aspects and
GENERATIONS allows you to make your database serve the organization, instead
of forcing you to fit your needs into its features. With GENERATIONS, we can
make the database work the way we want to work.”

“Because GENERATIONS is so flexible and easy to use, we can rely on our
in-house resources as well as outside experts, such as inRESONANCE, to
extend our GENERATIONS solution as we grow or re-organize.” said William
Stites, Director of Technology for The Montclair Kimberley Academy. “Two of
the things we like most are the ability to customize GENERATIONS as our fund
raising requirements change and the ease at which it integrates with our
other data solutions.”

Multi-Platform Solution

Because GENERATIONS 3.0 runs identically on both Macintosh and Windows
computers, departments or individuals do not have to change their hardware.
Users on either computer platform can now share data seamlessly with each
other without any conversion or transfer.

Based on FileMaker Pro 8

The GENERATIONS 3.0 solution is based on the award-winning FileMaker® Pro 8,
the #1 selling easy-to-use database platform. FileMaker Pro 8 recently won
“Product of the Year” awards from both PC Magazine and Macworld magazine.
FileMaker is a favorite among K-12 schools and universities. More than
10,000 schools worldwide use FileMaker Pro, including the largest 250 U.S.
school districts. FileMaker is also used 49 of the top 50 U.S. undergraduate
universities and 121 of the top 126 doctoral universities, according to
latest rankings by U.S. News & World Report.
