Non-Profit Volume Licensing Agreement (NPVLA)

Why choose volume licensing?

  • Minimum initial purchase is 10 seats.
  • Reorders can be made in any quantity at a discounted price.
  • NPVLA licensing customers are eligible to purchase other FileMaker products under the VLA for corporate and government program.
  • Non-profit pricing is available for FileMaker Pro only. Other FileMaker products can be purchased at VLA pricing as long as the customer meets the minimum quantity for eligibility.

License Delivery

All FileMaker licensing is now delivered via electronic download.  The customer will receive an email with the following:

  1. A link to the download of the PDF license certificate.  This certificate will contain the license keys for product installation and therefore will need to be printed before installing the product.
  2.  A link to the software download.

Media and Documentation Sets

  • Licensing customers can purchase physical media and documentation sets for an additional fee; the SKUs are listed on the Media/Tech Support tab of the FileMaker price list. 
  • The number of media and/or doc sets ordered cannot exceed the number of seats for which you are licensed.  These additional media and doc sets do not count towards determining tier levels.
