• Matt O’Dell | FileMaker, Inc.

  Matt is a systems engineer with FileMaker Inc. in New York City. He has 10+ years experience using FileMaker Pro and building web solutions. Along with being a certified FileMaker Developer, he also is an authorized FileMaker trainer and a certified MySQL 5.0 developer. Prior to working for FileMaker, Inc., Matt was an application developer, trainer, tech support professional with Soliant Consulting in Chicago, IL. He also worked in tech support for Creative Marketing Enterprise in DeKalb, IL.

• John Mark Osborne | Database Pros

  John Mark Osborne has been working with FileMaker Pro for two decades. He earned his FileMaker Pro degree working on the frontlines of Claris technical support as the Technical Lead for FileMaker. John Mark is best known as the author of the popular FileMaker Pro web site Database Pros and the Scriptology book and CD. John Mark currently offers training, consulting and products as well as thousands of free downloads from his web site. John Mark is also a Platinum level FBA member, an authorized trainer for the FileMaker Training Series, technical editor for Advisor FileMaker magazine, monthly columnist for Advisor magazine, recipient of the Excellence award from FileMaker, Inc. and certified for FileMaker 7, 8 and 9.

• Linda Pitts | Compu-Books

  Linda Pitts started Compu-Books in 1990 and has been developing FileMaker solutions for 19 years. She has been a longtime FSA, FBA and TechNet member. Her company has developed hundreds of custom solutions for many business sectors, and produced seven commercial solutions that have been successfully deployed in 20 countries around the world. Linda's company specializes in FileMaker and accounting systems integration. She is a Certified Consultant and ‘Add-on Solution’ developer for MYOB accounting software. She is also involved with MultiLedger's Consultant program and belongs to the Intuit Developer Network creating Add-on solutions for QuickBooks users.

• Steve Romig | FileMaker, Inc.

  Steve Romig is the Technical Liaison for the Developer Relations department at FileMaker, Inc. with over 14 years of FileMaker Pro experience. He plays a key role for the FileMaker Technical Network and FileMaker Business Alliance programs, as well as the FileMaker Training Series, FileMaker Certification and the annual FileMaker Developer Conference. Steve was also the project manager of File Conversion at FileMaker, Inc. in March 2004 when FileMaker Pro 7 shipped, and worked in technical support and in the training department as the FileMaker Pro Technical Lead at Claris Corporation from 1994-1998.

• Katherine Russell | Russellware, Inc.

  Katherine Russell is a FileMaker Certified Developer specializing in initial project design, complete production, and adaptation of existing systems to new business goals. She also focuses on hardware, networking, and integration issues related to FileMaker. Katherine has created solutions in a wide variety of industries, including finance, aviation, medical care, and manufacturing. She has been working with FileMaker Pro since 1993, co-wrote and presented training CDs on FileMaker Pro 8, wrote the FileMaker DIY Guide "Taking Control of Your Inventory," and a previous DevCon presenter.

• Sam Sehnert | Digital Fusion

  Sam Sehnert studied in both Graphic Design and Computer Science, then freelanced developing web sites in PHP/MySQL before taking up a fulltime role with New Zealand Company Digital Fusion as a FileMaker Web Developer. Sam built several solutions with the Fusion Reactor plug-in: most notably the Day Calendar. Through his work with Digital Fusion, he has built up advanced JavaScript/HTML skills and strong PHP/server-side skills. When not mucking around with computers and web technologies, Sam likes outdoor activities like sailing, skiing, and hiking.

• John Sindelar | SeedCode

  John Sindelar is the developer behind SeedCode, publishers of elegant templates for FileMaker Pro. Having developed in FileMaker Pro for over 10 years, John is the author of SeedCode Calendar and received the 2004 FileMaker Excellence Award for "Developing Outstanding Technical Resources for the FileMaker Pro Community."

• Lee Snover | Milliman, Inc.

  Lee Snover has been creating cross-platform database solutions for a wide variety of industries since 1984, owning and running Technologies Plus, Inc., since 1989. He has developed applications for clients including companies such as A.I.G. Insurance, Sony-BMG-Zomba Records, Wyatt Insurance, General Dynamics as well as a number of state and city government agencies. He has worked on complex FileMaker applications for the insurance industry over the past seven years, as a senior consultant for Milliman Inc., one of the top actuarial/insurance consulting firms in the world.

• Jonathan Stark | Jonathan Stark Consulting, Inc.

  Jonathan Stark is a business consultant who specializes in data solutions for creative professionals. Past clients include Staples, Turner Broadcasting, and the PGA Tour. He is the author of the book Web Publishing with PHP and FileMaker 9, is a regular speaker at the FileMaker Developers Conference, and is an editor and columnist for FileMaker Advisor magazine. Jonathan is reluctant to admit that he began his programming career more than 20 years ago on a Tandy TRS-80.

• Steven Sykora | Harmonic Data Associates, Inc.

  Steven Sykora is president and co-owner of Harmonic Data Associates, Inc., a FileMaker Business Alliance Platinum Member. Steven has over 18 years experience developing with FileMaker Pro and is a FileMaker 9 Certified Developer. Steven's daily tasks include customer relations, client consultation, and acting as chief software architect for all of Harmonic's projects. Steven is a nationally known and respected speaker, consultant, and developer within the FileMaker community.

• Darren Terry | Pacific Data Management, Inc.

  Darren Terry is director of FileMaker development for Pacific Data Management Inc. He is a four-year veteran of FileMaker Technical Support, and was formerly the Technical Liaison for Developer Relations at FileMaker, Inc., where he worked closely with the FileMaker Solutions Alliance and was responsible for representing the developer community in key team meetings. Darren has been a featured speaker at the annual FileMaker Developer Conference, and has written articles for FileMaker Advisor Magazine and other industry publications.

• Jon Thatcher | FileMaker, Inc.

  Jon Thatcher is a 20-year veteran of FileMaker/Claris, with more than 25 years experience in the software industry. He was one of the original developers of FileMaker Server, and has worked in a variety of roles at FileMaker, including director of development for FileMaker Pro and Server 7. Jon is now lead engineer on the Database Server team.

• Rosemary Tietge | FileMaker, Inc.

  Rosemary Tietge is a systems engineer with FileMaker, Inc. and a FileMaker 8 Certified Developer. She works with the sales team in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, communicating the virtues of FileMaker and providing technical guidance to customers. She joined the FileMaker team in January 2006 after eight years as publishing technology manager at Harvard University Press. Rosemary's technical expertise includes modeling publishing workflows, content management, and deploying FileMaker Server. She has presented at Macworld and publishing industry conferences.

• Jake Traynham | CNS Plug-ins

  Jake Traynham is the co-owner and lead programmer of CNS Plug-ins. He has been developing FileMaker plug-ins since 1999 starting with the SMTPit emailing plug-in. Jake is now maintaining over 12 plug-ins for CNS Plug-ins and is active in the FileMaker Pro plug-in development community helping newcomers and veterans in any way he can. Jake has presented at several local FileMaker User Group meetings, vendor sessions at past DevCons, and can always be found in the CNS Plug-ins vendor booth.
