• Stephen Gallagher | FileMaker, Inc.

  Stephen Gallagher is senior director of systems engineering and field sales for FileMaker, Inc. He leads a systems engineering team working daily with innovative Fortune 500 companies to improve the productivity of individuals and workgroups, and gain competitive advantage. Stephen is a 24-year veteran of award-winning sales and support organizations. He has worked with business, education, and government architecting and deploying hardware and software systems.

• Doug Gardner | Exoteric Inc.

  Doug Gardner is the founder of Exoteric Inc., a Toronto-based FileMaker consultancy with clients in Canada and the United States. While working on his Ph.D. at York University in Toronto he lectured in front of audiences large and small. A previous FileMaker DevCon speaker, Doug has worked as a FileMaker developer for the past 16 years, and is celebrating his 15th year as a member of FileMaker’s various professional alliances. He has written numerous articles for FileMaker Advisor Magazine, most recently on portal esoterica.

• Todd Geist | geist interactive

  Todd started using FileMaker Pro in the early 90s when he was working as a biomedical researcher at Washington University in St Louis, MO. In 1997, he left academics to pursue a career in information technology. Since the late 90’s he has been working almost exclusively with FileMaker Pro, either as a business owner or or as a developer for other FileMaker Pro development firms. He has written several articles for Advisor Magazine, has contributed to White Papers published by FileMaker Inc. and he has been a speaker at several FileMaker DevCons. He is also FileMaker 11 Certified. Today he lives in Newbury Park, Ca, where he runs geist interactive from the comfort of his own home.

• Aaron Gutleben | Soliant Consulting, Inc.

  Aaron Gutleben is the primary author of the FileMaker Go module, Module 13, recently added to the FileMaker Training Series for FileMaker 11 as well as a contributing author to the first 12 modules. Aaron is a Senior Application Developer with Soliant Consulting with eight years FileMaker development experience. He is a FileMaker Authorized Trainer and certified in FileMaker 8, 9, 10 and 11.

• David Head | FileMaker, Inc.

  David Head is Systems Engineer for FileMaker, Inc. in the Asia Pacific region based in Sydney, Australia. He brings a unique combination of skills to the role being both an experienced FileMaker developer and a qualified teacher. David is a FileMaker 11 Certified Developer and FileMaker 11 Authorized Trainer for the FileMaker Training Series. Prior to joining FileMaker, Inc., he has developed FileMaker solutions for over 20 years, and has written and delivered FileMaker Pro courses catering for a wide range of user skills. David has been published in FileMaker Advisor magazine and contributes Tips and Techniques for the FileMaker Newsletter. He has presented at user conferences, FileMaker meetings, seminars and the FileMaker Developer Conference.

• William Heizer | FileMaker, Inc.

  Bill Heizer is the Senior Consulting Engineer for FileMaker, Inc., from Indianapolis, Indiana. He is a FileMaker Certified Developer, Authorized Trainer, co-author of various white papers on Development Conventions, Server Diagnostics, Citrix/Terminal Services deployment, and Security. A veteran presenter at various events with over 11 years of speaking at the FileMaker Developers Conference. Previous to FileMaker he was President of C&H Consulting Group, Inc., a midwest based information technology consulting firm. C&H was one of the first 10 members, of what is now called the Platinum FBA. Bill holds an Associates in Electrical Engineering and a BS in Management of Information Systems from Ball State University. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Northpark Community Credit Union.

• Cristoffer Ippolite | iSolutions, Inc.

  Cris Ippolite is the president and founder of iSolutions, Inc., a Los Angeles-based custom software and Web design firm. Cris is a FileMaker 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 Certified Developer as well as one of the original Authorized FileMaker Professional Trainers and is one of 33 platinum-level FileMaker Solution Alliance members in the Americas. He has been working with FileMaker for 18 years and is actively involved in all development projects for iSolutions clients.

• David Knight | Angel City Data

  David is president of Angel City Data, a Platinum member of the FBA. He’s FileMaker Certified on every version since 7, and has 20+ years helping customers streamline their operations with custom desktop, web and portable solutions. He's recipient of two FileMaker Excellence Awards, including 2009’s "Business Partner of the Year." David’s a noted speaker on various topics at the FileMaker Developer Conference, PauseOnError, FileMaker Bootcamp and other events around the country. He is co-founder and board member of the popular FMDiSC developer group. His passion is using technology for good (not evil) to help people run smart, efficient organizations.

• Ernest Koe | The Proof Group

  Ernest Y. Koe is the president of The Proof Group LLC (Proof), a leading FileMaker/web education information software company and the developer of fmSpark and NinjaCal. He has over 10 years of database and web-development experience and is a certified FileMaker developer and veteran speaker at DevCon. On technology, his areas of interest are in architecture, data-modeling, and in user experience and interaction design. Besides his primary focus at Proof, Ernest Koe is also involved in the following projects: edSocialMedia, a training and consulting firm in the education space where he serves as a board member and advisor; PauseOnError, the unconference for FileMaker developers, as founder and Steering Committee member; Craft of FileMaker, where he helps lead interaction design workshops with Don Levan.

• Thomas Kunetz | FileMaker, Inc.

  Thomas Kunetz is a Systems Engineer with FileMaker, Inc., a FileMaker 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 Certified Developer and a FileMaker Authorized Trainer. He is in charge of the Southern Region. (France, Italy, The Netherlands, Belgium and MEA) He’s an experienced speaker who has made numerous technical presentations to many French FileMaker Conferences, Italian's FM DevCon and FM Summit in The Netherlands and many FileMaker Web Seminars. He joined FileMaker in 2001 after working as an Engineer at Nortel Networks. Thomas holds a MSc in Network and Distributed Systems from Trinity College in Dublin (IE) and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Brighton (UK).

• Greg Lane | Skeleton Key

  Greg Lane is an information analyst with Skeleton Key, a FileMaker Business Alliance Platinum level member in St. Louis, Missouri. He is a FileMaker 7, 8, 9 and 10 certified developer and has enjoyed solving problems with FileMaker for more than 20 years. Greg has authored articles for FileMaker Advisor Magazine and has contributed to books, white papers, and other FileMaker-related publications. Greg earned a Masters in Computer Information Systems and is a previous DevCon speaker.

• Philippe Lazzaroni | Direct Impact Consulting

  Philippe Lazzaroni is the CEO of Direct Impact Consulting, one of the most active firms in the Quebec FileMaker community. As a Platinum member of the FileMaker Business Alliance, and the third to be awarded this title in Canada, Direct Impact has demonstrated its leadership by offering a wide range of services focusing on the FileMaker platform. Philippe is a FileMaker 8-11 Certified Developer and an active board member of the Quebec user group. Philippe was also a speaker at the latest FM Conference in France and at several Apple Store events in Montreal and Quebec City.

• Don Levan | Vanguard Custom Software

  Don Levan, Psy.D., is president of Vanguard Custom Software, LLC., a New York FileMaker consulting firm, and the founder of the Craft of FileMaker workshop series. Dr. Levan is a FileMaker Certified Developer and a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Vanguard's mission is to "create simple applications which solve complex problems." They incorporate software development best practices, interaction design, and cognitive psychology to create data-driven applications and websites that are efficient for business and easy for people. The Craft of FileMaker workshop series software offers professional software and design training for FileMaker developers.

• Anders Monsen | MightyData, LLC

  Anders Monsen is a FileMaker Pro developer and trainer at MightyData, LLC with over 15 years experience in FileMaker and web development. He is a FileMaker Pro 9, 10, and 11 Certified Developer, and a FileMaker Authorized Trainer. Anders authored an article on FileMaker Pro and PHP for FileMaker Advisor in 2009 and spoke at the 2010 DevCon on the PHP Site Assistant and FileMaker Server. He presented his PHP session as a FileMaker Webinar, and has taught classes on custom PHP development with FileMaker.

• Matt Navarre | MSN Media

  Matt began his database career in 1983, and has worked as an in-house developer, an independent consultant, and a commercial software developer. The common thread through these years is FileMaker Pro. In 1989, Matt founded the consulting company MSN Media, and in 1999, he co-founded Pre1 Software. At Pre1, he grew an in-house database solution into a successful commercial product for the publishing industry. Through MSN Media, Matt focuses on vertical market solutions, a public health system called Orpheus, and fmSearchResults. Matt speaks regularly at DevCon, hosts the FileMaker Talk podcast and runs the FileMaker developer group in Portland. He continually strives to use FileMaker's toolset to improve the lives of both developers and clients.

• Chad Novotny | The Support Group, Inc.

  Chad Novotny is the Vice President of Technology and a principal of The Support Group, Inc., a Platinum-level member of the FileMaker Business Alliance. Leading their development team, Chad specializes in designing high-end FileMaker solutions, web development, and systems integration, and was one of the first in the world to become a FileMaker 11 Certified Developer (as well as earlier certifications for 7, 8, 9, and 10). He is also a popular trainer, having taught hundreds of developers advanced FileMaker techniques, been designated one of the first Authorized FileMaker Trainers, and presented for numerous user groups and webinars. This will be his fifth time presenting at DevCon.
