  • Matthew O’Dell Matthew O’Dell | FileMaker, Inc.

    Matt is a systems engineer with FileMaker in the Northeast United States and Canada. Matt has been an avid FileMaker user for over 10 years now, and has been developing solutions for the past seven years. He started as an IT Manager for a small student based travel company in DeKalb, IL before moving to Soliant Consulting. While with Soliant, Matt developed applications for numerous clients, taught training courses, and participated as a member of their IT department. He has been with FileMaker, Inc. for nearly two years and works out of New York City. Certifications include FileMaker 7, 8, 9, and 10, FileMaker Training Series Authorized Trainer, and MySQL 5.0 Developer Certified.

    John Pinheiro is Vice President of Legal and Human Resources for FileMaker, Inc. John oversees all legal and human resource matters worldwide, and he is responsible for employment matters, software licensing and distribution agreements, intellectual property and other legal and human resources areas. He serves on the company's executive staff and advises management on all legal and human resources issues.John has worked at FileMaker for over 19 years. Prior to joining FileMaker, he was associate attorney at Ware and Freidenrich in Palo Alto, California from 1988-1992. John holds a J.D. degree from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley, and a B.B.A. Accounting degree from the University of Notre Dame.

    Mark is the CEO and founder of Skeleton Key, a FileMaker Business Alliance Platinum level member based in St. Louis, MO. Mark leads a team of Certified Developers and an IT consulting division in providing multi-platform development and technology consulting for customers in a broad array of markets. He has been developing in FileMaker Pro since 1990, is a FileMaker 8, 9, 10, and 11 Certified Developer and a FileMaker Authorized Trainer.

  • Jerry Robin Jerry Robin | FMPtraining

    Jerry Robin, owner of FMPtraining.com, has been a FileMaker developer for over 20 years and is renowned as one of the top FileMaker trainers in the world. He has taught Relational Database Design classes since 1995, created the Stairway to Seven course for FileMaker 7 (with Geoff Coffey and Susan Prosser), authored and presented a phenomenally popular 18-hour FileMaker training CD series, and was a technical editor for FileMaker Pro 9: The Missing Manual. This year marks Jerry’s tenth appearance as a DevCon presenter. Since 2000, his Relational Design presentations at DevCon have been consistently among the most highly-rated sessions of the conference. Jerry is a FileMaker 11 Certified Developer.

    John Sindelar has worked in FileMaker for over 15 years and is the developer behind SeedCode, authors and publishers of elegant FileMaker Pro templates, including SeedCode Calendar. John runs the Seattle FMPug user group, is one of the organizers of PauseOnError, and received the 2004 FileMaker Excellence Award for 'Developing Outstanding Technical Resources for the FileMaker Pro Community.

  • Jon Thatcher Jon Thatcher | FileMaker, Inc.

    Jon Thatcher is a 22-year veteran of FileMaker/Claris, with more than 25 years experience in the software industry. He was one of the original developers of FileMaker Server, and has worked in a variety of roles at FileMaker, Inc., including director of development for FileMaker Pro and Server 7. Jon is now lead engineer on the Database Server team.

  • Rosemary Tietge Rosemary Tietge | FileMaker, Inc.

    Rosemary Tietge is a systems engineer with FileMaker, Inc., a FileMaker 11 Certified Developer, and a FileMaker Authorized Trainer. She works with the sales team in the South and Mid-Atlantic regions communicating the virtues of FileMaker and providing technical guidance to customers. She joined the FileMaker team in January 2006 after eight years as Publishing Technology Manager at Harvard University Press. Rosemary's technical expertise includes modeling publishing workflows, content management, and deploying FileMaker Server. She has presented at FileMaker DevCon, Macworld, and publishing industry conferences.

    James J. Wesolowski has been designing technology solutions since graduating from Johns Hopkins in 1991. He began his career as a FileMaker Pro and dbase developer for a NASA contractor. From 1994 to 1997, he served as a FileMaker database technology consultant in Africa from Population Services International, the UN, AppleCentre, and other organizations. Mr. Wesolowski founded Colibri Solutions in 1998. As managing principal, he maintains responsibility for overall operations and vertical product development. He has also managed over 50 custom software projects for clients such as Whole Foods, Conde Nast, and New York University.

  • Heather Winkle Heather Winkle | FileMaker, Inc.

    Heather joined FileMaker, Inc. in 2009 to manage user experience design and research for the product line. She has a degree in Industrial Design and Human Factors from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as a Masters of Business Administration specializing in leading innovation. Heather has spent the past 15 years in Silicon Valley designing user interfaces and leading experience teams at Adobe, Intuit, eBay, Yahoo, and Netscape. Her role is not simply to “make things look good” but to understand how people think, discover what their real-world goals are, and determine how software can help them accomplish these goals with ease and delight.

  • Steve Winter Steve Winter | Matatiro Solutions

    Steve is based in the UK as an independent freelance software developer utilizing the power of FileMaker in the vast majority of solutions. Steve has been a FileMaker developer since FileMaker Pro 3. Over recent years he’s specialized in FileMaker web applications, often working with either legacy systems, adding a web interface, or other developers undertaking the web component of projects with them.

    Jason Young has been working with FileMaker as in house developer, consultant and trainer since the turn of the century. Jason began his career in the manufacturing world, but as with many developers, continues to expand his experience into new industries. As both a trainer and developer, Jason has a particular interest in studying and teaching about performance issues. Currently based in Boulder he is a FileMaker 8, 9, 10 and 11 Certified Developer.

    The only word to describe Martha is awesome. She's known at MightyData as "The Kid," but this kid doesn't kid around with her passion and enthusiasm for technology. Fluent in English and Spanish, Martha brings her fresh perspective and keen sense for nuance in developing FileMaker databases. Her customers include Apple, Inc., Baylor College of Medicine, and Maneri-Agraz. She is the creator of the "11 Days of FileMaker 11" video series and a speaker at the road shows for FileMaker 10 and 11 for FileMaker, Inc. She is both a Certified Developer and an Authorized Trainer.
