Sheldon King has been developing in FileMaker for over 20 years, and is a FileMaker 12 Certified Developer and a FileMaker Business Alliance member. He is also a certified computer professional. His career has included work in government, media, publishing (traditional and online), technology, retail, creative and professional business across three continents. During his time as a developer, Sheldon has created numerous FileMaker solutions, including a collaborative web CMS system, retail business management systems and even a touch-driven in-car entertainment control system! Currently, his FileMaker expertise is being poured into Proficient (proficient.com.au), a whole-of-business solution for knowledge professionals.

David is President of Angel City Data, a Platinum member of the FileMaker Business Alliance in Southern California. He is FileMaker 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 Certified and has designed and built hundreds of solutions over 20 years for many industries. He is the founder and a current board member of the acclaimed FileMaker Developers in Southern California (FMDiSC). He is a noted speaker at business and technology events and has presented at numerous developer conferences, trade shows and business events around the country. He has received 2 FileMaker Excellence awards and can whistle very loudly.

Ernest is the president and a co-founder of The Proof Group. Ernest brings over 10 years of experience with database and web technologies. He is a veteran FileMaker DevCon speaker, a founder of PauseOnError, (the un-conference for FileMaker developers) and co-host of the FMCraft Interaction Design Seminars (with Don Levan).

Thomas, a FileMaker Systems Engineer, is FileMaker 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 Certified Developer and a FileMaker Authorized Trainer. He is in charge of the Southern Region (France, Italy, The Netherlands, Belgium and MEA). Hes an experienced speaker who has made numerous technical presentations to many French FileMaker Conferences, Italian FM DevCon, FM Summit in The Netherlands and many FileMaker web seminars. He joined FileMaker, Inc. in 2001 after working as an engineer at Nortel Networks. Thomas holds a MSc in Network and Distributed Systems from Trinity College, Dublin (IE) and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Brighton (UK).

Greg is VP of Application Development at Skeleton Key, a FileMaker Business Alliance Platinum level member in St. Louis, Missouri. He is a FileMaker 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 Certified Developer and has enjoyed solving problems with FileMaker for more than 25 years. Greg has authored articles for FileMaker Advisor Magazine and has contributed to books, white papers, and other FileMaker-related publications. Greg earned a masters degree in computer information systems and is a previous FileMaker DevCon speaker.

Kristy is a technical project lead at Soliant Consulting. She has been designing and building custom software applications for about 10 years. She is a FileMaker Authorized Trainer and is a FileMaker 12 Certified Developer. Kristy loves harnessing the power and beauty of database systems for the benefit and happiness of her clients.

Andrew manages the North American Systems Engineering team for FileMaker Inc. For 20 years hes led FileMaker solutions development as a developer, consultant, trainer, author, and evangelist to customers around the world. Hes a veteran speaker at FileMaker DevCon, a FileMaker 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 Certified Developer, and a FileMaker Authorized Trainer.

Don Levan, Psy.D., is president of Vanguard Custom Software, LLC., a New York based FileMaker consulting firm, and the founder of the Design Studio - an intensive, three day, hands-on workshop that teaches a formal process and set of practices for designing exceptional applications. Dr. Levan is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and a former photojournalist. He is an accomplished presenter and teacher and has provided design consulting to FileMaker, Inc.

Ryan is the corporate systems engineer for FileMaker, Inc. where he has worked for the past five years. Along with his previous role on the FileMaker Tier-3 technical support team, he has provided advanced technical support, FileMaker forum support, moderated quality assurance, and produced and delivered training for the FileMaker Technical Support team. Prior to his relocation to FileMaker, Inc.'s corporate office, Ryan worked as a FileMaker Tier-1 technical support agent for two years assisting with technical and customer assistance related issues.

Jonathan Mickelson has been the product manager and lead developer for vertical market FileMaker Pro solutions for the television and entertainment industries, for over 15 years His background in computer science, operations management and graphic arts has driven him to design engaging software that improves its users lives. As an advocate for clients and developers, he enjoys developing innovative techniques for FileMaker Pro to address an ever-increasing range of business needs.

Anders is a FileMaker Pro developer and trainer at MightyData, LLC. He is a FileMaker 9, 10, 11 and 12 Certified Developer, and a FileMaker Authorized Trainer. He authored an article on FileMaker Pro and PHP for FileMaker Advisor in 2009. For three years Anders taught a FileMaker/PHP training course, and spoke at the FileMaker Developer Conference in 2010, 2011 and 2012 on PHP and FileMaker Server topics. Anders has been developing FileMaker Pro solutions since 1995 and web applications using MYSQL and PHP since 2001.

Jason Mundok has been developing and managing FileMaker projects since 2000. He spent over seven years with Philadelphia-based FileMaker Business Alliance Platinum Member IT Solutions as a certified developer, authorized trainer, and project manager. In January 2012, Jason became an independent consultant, providing coaching, project management, and FileMaker development services to a number of FileMaker Business Alliance Platinum members. He presented sessions at FileMaker Developer Conferences in 2007, 2008, and 2010 on Agile software development and workflow improvement.

Beth Nagengast, Senior Product Marketing Manager at FileMaker, Inc., has more than 25 years of experience marketing database software, starting with her first product, the DOS version of Q&A, at Symantec in 1986. With more than 50 major product launches under her belt, she is an expert at developing product messaging, positioning, as well as strategic marketing planning. She looks forward to working with you to create even more compelling messaging for your products. When she's not working with databases, you can find her picking grapes and making wine at her vineyard in San Miguel, CA.

Matt began his database career in 1989, and has worked as an in-house developer, an independent consultant, and a commercial software developer. Matt's company MSN Media is currently focused on Public Health applications, and is a Platinum level member of the FileMaker Business Alliance. Matt has received two FileMaker Business Alliance Excellence awards, hosts the FileMaker Talk podcast, and runs the FileMaker developer group in Portland. He continually strives for better data models, interface designs, and bullet-proof business logic.

Chad Novotny is the vice president of technology and a principal of The Support Group, Inc., and a Platinum-level member of the FileMaker Business Alliance. As The Support Group's chief architect, Chad specializes in designing high-end FileMaker solutions, systems integration, web development, and training their development team. He is a FileMaker 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 Certified Developer, and a FileMaker Authorized Trainer, having taught hundreds of developers advanced FileMaker techniques. He has presented for numerous user groups and web seminars and this will be his fifth time presenting at DevCon.
