Compatibility

FileMaker Go 13 for iPad and iPhone is a single, universal app that can be downloaded from the App Store.

FileMaker Go 13 for iPad and iPhone is compatible with iOS devices running iOS 6 or iOS 7, including iPad, iPad mini, iPhone and iPod touch.

FileMaker Go 13 for iPad and iPhone requires iTunes 10.x.

Using FileMaker Go

Databases cannot be created or modified with FileMaker Go. FileMaker Pro 13, FileMaker Pro 12, FileMaker Pro 13 Advanced, or FileMaker Pro 12 Advanced is required to create and modify database. A free trial of FileMaker Pro 13 can be downloaded here

FileMaker Go 13 for iPad and iPhone can run databases created with FileMaker Pro 13, FileMaker Pro 12, FileMaker Pro 13 Advanced, or FileMaker Pro 12 Advanced.

Connect to Databases

FileMaker Go 13 for iPad and iPhone connects to databases hosted by:

Host Connection limits
FileMaker Pro or FileMaker Pro Advanced Allows for up to 5 simultaneous user connections.
FileMaker Server Concurrent connections are required to access hosted databases from FileMaker Go. FileMaker Server 13 comes with one concurrent connection. Purchase of additional connections may be required. Connections are limited only by hardware, database design and operating system. Connection charges may apply when FileMaker Go clients access databases hosted by FileMaker Server. Learn more

FileMaker Go is available in Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Spanish and Swedish.
