Pro Opt offer professional waste management, including initial set up, delivery and installation followed by scheduled services and audit reports.

Pro Opt use FileMaker Pro 11 to record daily run and bin quantities for its drivers and to create and print service dockets for its customers. Prior to deploying the database solution across the business, Pro Opt managed all its runs and service dockets on an Excel spreadsheet which was not only proving to be too time intensive but also left a lot of room for human error.

Due to the efficiency and time saving capabilities of FileMaker, in an average week Pro Opt has gained at least an extra five hours for the employee to complete important administration tasks that were getting left behind. In addition, the current system meets client needs by assuring consistency, accuracy and availability of recorded information.
