Model Brief Sheet
What it Does:
This example shows how agencies operating in the fashion industry can more easily create briefing sheets for models with details regarding their current assignment, such as travel arrangements, weather for the location, and hotels bookings.
How it works:
From the home page the user navigates to relevant pages (in this example South Africa).
Once a relevant page has been found the ADD button will place the current url from the Web Viewer window ( GetLayoutObjectAttribute(“Webviewerjobcard”;”Source”) in the next free repetition of the bookmark table. It may be necessary to massage the string eg replacing the occurrences of “%2F” with “/”. At the same time, the url is collected, and the user is prompted to provide a succinct heading eg “Weatherwise”. Clicking on the Web Bookmarks will replay the brief through the Web Viewer. Shift click allows the item to be removed.
Once the brief has been assembled it may be sent as an email with the bookmarked links or printed by replaying the Web pages in a print layout.
