Journalist registration is done through the site and the new media contacts are created immediately within the FileMaker database. This process simplifies Ms. Ghezzi's job of keeping records up–to–date, and constantly checking and monitoring newspapers interested in receiving e–mail summaries of the latest news.

The Photo Gallery is of particular interest to journalists and other members of the print media. There, images can be downloaded from one of four different categories: sailing, boats, team, and environment. Each picture has two different versions available, a low resolution image and a high resolution image. The first, which is about 6 Mb in size, can be used in newspapers and smaller, magazine illustrations. The second, which is about 25 Mb, has sufficient definition to be used for full page illustrations, and double page or glossy paper magazine covers.

Ms. Ghezzi, during the administration of the database, designates search criteria for each picture, allowing the pictures to be easily searched when they are shifted from the gallery, which now contains more than 360 images. Team photographer Carlo Borlenghi supplies her with the names of the photos. The press office closes the database entry and the media web site is updated.
