FileMaker Tracks Daily Operations at Vividata

All together, more than a quarter of a million licenses for ScanShop and PShop have been sold in the United States alone.

'There is no commercial product out there that has all the features we have created for ourselves in FileMaker. Sales, marketing, registration, maintenance renewals, tech support, engineering, reseller performance tracking, product planning, quality assurance and documentation, web and marketing collateral - all use the FileMaker databases.' All together, ten vital functions make use of forty individual databases -- containing up to 15,000 records.

Just four people work on the system, including Mark himself. But these four accomplish the work of a much larger staff thanks to the efficiency and flexibility of FileMaker Pro.
