SPS is piloting FileMaker Pro 11 to track sales, quotes, technical issues and products sold. As a sales representative, Chip Emery is excited about the new dynamic charting features of FileMaker Pro 11, which he uses to build visuals for sales presentations.

Previously, Emery exported information from FileMaker Pro into a spreadsheet program to prepare charts for sales presentations. "Dynamic charting in FileMaker Pro 11 will save me valuable time that would otherwise be spent taking the intermediate step of using spreadsheets," he says. "I welcome any advancement that lets me spend more time in front of customers."
